The National Health Council (NHC) recognizes The LAM Foundation as having achieved compliance with the National Health Council's Standards of Excellence, encompassing the areas of governance, personnel policies, programs, finance, fundraising, accounting and reporting, and evaluation.

In accordance with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) policies, and being committed to the highest standards of ethical business, The LAM Foundation has fulfilled the BBB membership standards, and has been accepted as a national member of the Better Business Bureau.
